Multi-agencies, along with Police Community Support Officer Kev Tudge at the Malvern Help Centre this morning, which is held at Malvern Town Football Club.
The help centre brings together multiple agencies, including Malvern Citizens Advice and local Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs), to offer a range of support: Digital Skills Support: One-on-one assistance with using computers, new devices, or online forms. Employment Support: Help with searching for jobs online, writing CVs, and general employment advice. Financial Advice: Guidance on debt, money management, benefits claims, and assistance with food bank vouchers. Housing: Help with housing issues and access to the Malvern Hills District Council housing options team drop-in sessions. Police Advice: PCSOs from the Pickersleigh and Chase Safer Neighbourhood Police Team attend to provide police-related advice and listen to community concerns. Wellbeing Support: Access to information on health and wellbeing, and sometimes specialist services like Act on Energy for fuel efficiency advice. Social Connection: The centre offers a welcoming space with free tea, coffee, and biscuits for people to socialise and connect.
